The percentage of Canadian male students surveyed who have, in the past year:
Felt overwhelmed by all they had to do
Felt very lonely
Felt overwhelming anxiety
Felt very sad
Felt so depressed it was difficult to function
Felt overwhelming anger
Despite these numbers, a third of males surveyed said that they wouldn’t consider seeking help from a mental health professional if they were having a personal problem that was really bothering them.
